Over
the summer, The Salvation Army Family Store was awarded
the annual "Employer of the Year" by
Work In Progress.
Work In Progress, Inc. is a non-profit organization that
works towards providing employment services to people
attempting to regain control of their lives. Candidates
work with staff at the Family Thrift Store on Millwood
to learn job skills and develop and gain self confidence
that will aid them in their recovery process.
