DUTCH FORK HIGH SCHOOL AIR FORCE JROTC DOING THE MOST GOOD FOR THEIR COMMUNITY!
Columbia, S.C., March 3, 2014 - Students from Dutch Fork High School's Air Force JROTC program are the 2013 SALVATION ARMY HIGH SCHOOL BATTLE OF THE BELLS champions! This annual competition, which was held during the Christmas season at Wal-Mart and Sam's Clubs across the Midlands, brings high school volunteers out to ring the bells for The Salvation Army and to collect donations at the red kettles. Together, our competing schools raised $5232.33 for those in need in their community on this "SUPER SATURDAY". The Dutch Fork Air Force JROTC raised $2114.94 of that total!
